Privacy policy

Cliny handles health data as information of special sensitivity under Israeli law. We collect only what is needed to run your practice and we protect it.

Informed consent

We process health data only with explicit, informed consent, in line with the Privacy Protection Law (PPL) 5741-1981 and the Data Security Regulations 2017.

Data minimisation

We collect the minimum data needed. Patient records, session notes and reports are encrypted and access is logged.

Your rights

Patients can inspect and correct their records (PPL §§13–14). Contact your therapist or our team to exercise these rights.

Subprocessors and transfers

We sign data processing agreements with our subprocessors and prefer adequacy-acceptable regions for any cross-border transfer.
